Culture Shock Management
Moving to and integrating into a new country is exciting; it can also be scary. In short, it can be a bumpy emotional journey. Understanding the journey is an important part of managing your life abroad.
Sue fully appreciates the challenges that living abroad brings; she has lived in four countries and has experienced culture shock to varying degrees. She has subsequently designed a coaching programme enabling you to take charge of the challenges rather than letting them take charge of you!
She offers a coaching programme comprising 4 x 90 minute sessions covering:
- What is culture?
- Cultural Competencies
- Identifying My Strengths
- Cultural Shock Signs & Symptoms
- Recognising my own communication and behavioural preferences and recognising the preferences of others, (TetraMap - more here)

Returning to your homeland, just like moving abroad can be exciting and scary. - Overview of Culture and Cultural Competencies
- Identifying My Strengths
- Capturing the Learning from Living Abroad
